Responsibilities
1.Handle and record Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and completely
2.Issue invoices and follow up on customer payments
3.Perform AR reconciliation and verify transaction accuracy
4.Prepare AR Aging Reports and analyze outstanding receivables
5.Coordinate with Sales and customers regarding billing and payment issues
6.Follow up on overdue accounts and support collection activities
7.Support month-end closing and audit-related tasks
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2.Minimum 3 year of experience in Accounts Receivable (experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage)
3.Knowledge of VAT and accounting documentation
4.Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
5.Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
6.Can work under pressure
