1.Plan and control production schedules to ensure on-time delivery

2.Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams

3.Monitor production capacity, materials, and inventory levels

4.Prepare production reports and analyze production performance

5.Follow up on production progress and solve planning-related issues

6.Communicate and coordinate with Chinese management/team members

7.Ensure production plans align with customer demand and company targets

1.Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Business Administration, or related field

2.Welcome new graduated

3.Experience in home appliance or electronics manufacturing is an advantage

4.Able to communicate in Chinese (HSK 5-6 or above preferred)

5.Good command of Excel and ERP/MRP systems

6.Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

7.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
