Responsibilities
1.Monitor and control the quality of incoming materials and components.
2.Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of components according to specifications.
3.Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
4.Perform root cause analysis using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA.
5.Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality concerns and improvement actions.
6.Support production teams in resolving component-related quality issues.
7.Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
8.Participate in internal and external quality audits.
9.Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
10.Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, or Component Quality.
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is preferred.
- Experience with quality tools including SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and 8D.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
