1. Diploma (Vocational Certificate) or higher in a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Good communication and coordination skills.
4. Able to arrange work and monitor production progress.
5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
6. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
7. Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
