1. Monitor and control product quality during the manufacturing process.
2. Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
3. Work closely with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
4. Conduct in-process inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Prepare quality reports and analyze quality data.
6. Support continuous improvement activities and quality projects.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. 1–3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
3. Knowledge of QC Tools, 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, and PDCA.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
7. Good command of English is an advantage.
