Responsibilities

  1. Order Management
    • Receive and process service parts orders from customers and PD Sales team.
    • Verify order details, quantities, delivery requirements, and related information.
  2. Parts Preparation Coordination
    • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, planning, and related teams to ensure service parts are prepared according to customer requirements.
    • Follow up on parts availability and order status.
  3. Shipment Arrangement
    • Coordinate and arrange shipments for service parts to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Monitor shipment status and communicate delivery information to relevant parties.
  4. Customer Requirements & Problem Solving
    • Support and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer requirements and order-related issues.
    • Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, logistics, customer service, or supply chain is preferred.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Chinese language skills are an advantage and will be given special consideration.
  • Good knowledge of order processing, inventory, shipment, and logistics operations.
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to follow up tasks independently.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems or MS Excel is an advantage.
