• Oversee the Electronics Engineering team and daily operations.
• Lead the development, testing, and improvement of electronic components and systems.
• Design electronic circuits, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical problem-solving.
• Coordinate effectively with R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and other relevant departments.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring electronic designs meet product specifications and quality requirements.
• Analyze and resolve electronic-related issues encountered during production and mass production phases.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, reliability, and production efficiency.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and engineering documents for electronic components.
• Manage the selection of electronic components and collaborate with suppliers on technical matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to engineers and team members.
• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, and team performance.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics engineering, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in electronic circuit design, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Experience in managing or leading an engineering team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with electronic components, PCBA/PCB, sensors, controllers, or related systems is a plus.
• Chinese language skills are an advantage.
