Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and production targets.
2. Monitor and follow up on production schedules to ensure production is completed according to plan.
3.Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Material, Purchasing, and other related departments to ensure smooth production operations.
4. Check the availability of raw materials and components required for production and prevent material shortages.
5. Adjust production plans when there are unexpected issues, such as material delays, machine breakdowns, production delays, or changes in customer orders.
6. Monitor production progress and report any issues or delays to relevant departments.
7. Prepare and analyze production planning data, such as Production Plans, Production Schedules, and Production Achievement Reports.
8.Support continuous improvement of production planning processes and efficiency.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in Chinese or English.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those who are interested in production planning.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or production planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
