• Control and monitor the receipt and issuance of raw materials and spare parts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation in the system.
• Verify and control material withdrawals in compliance with FIFO / FEFO principles.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of raw materials and spare parts in accordance with warehouse standards.
• Monitor and control the handling and storage of scrap and waste materials in line with company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas in compliance with the company’s quality system.
• Prepare documentation for rework/reuse of remaining materials and ensure no unauthorized removal from the factory.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and spare parts, and perform monthly stock counts.
• Track the status of materials under inspection (Inspection / Pending).
• Prepare monthly summary reports on material operations.
• Analyze inventory status (e.g., damaged items, slow-moving stock, near-expiry materials) to support decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or material control.
• Knowledge of FIFO / FEFO and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
