Responsibilities
- Support the department manager in preparing annual safety plans and training programs in compliance with legal requirements
- Organize safety promotion activities such as safety training, warning signs, and internal communication materials
- Inspect workplace safety, equipment, and working environment within the company
- Prepare safety inspection reports and other documents related to occupational health and safety regulations
- Investigate workplace accidents and prepare incident investigation reports
- Analyze causes of work-related injuries or illnesses and recommend preventive and corrective actions
- Conduct fire drills and evacuation training, including reporting to related authorities
- Identify unsafe conditions, coordinate corrective actions with concerned departments, and follow up on improvement progress
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Occupational Health and Environment, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in occupational safety or related roles
- Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Ability to prepare reports, analyze incidents, and coordinate with related departments
- Knowledge of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP, or FSSC22000 will be an advantage
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
