Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall Community Mall operation activities to serve customers' needs and achieve the Company’s targets.
- Oversee performance and daily operations of the community mall to ensure smooth operations, profitability, and high levels of customer experience and satisfaction.
- Ensure safe and efficient operations and preparedness for any emergency situation in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.
- Supervise and coordinate outsourced service providers, including technicians, housekeeping, and security personnel, to ensure service quality standards and operational effectiveness are consistently met.
- Lead and guide the team to create successful activities that increase customer footfall and deliver excellent service while maintaining strong relationships with anchors and tenants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in property management and operations from the commercial retail industry
- Proven working experience in mall/ store operations is a plus
- Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in the best interests of the business
