Responsibilities
- Responsible for store operations, achieving sales targets, managing stock inventory, outstanding shopper experience, and maintaining brand standards in VM and store presentation
- Manage monthly rosters and daily shift plans to optimize labor efficiency in response to real-time traffic flow, campaign schedules, and sales trends
- Conduct weekly analysis of store performance, generating numerical to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing and VM teams to ensure that all concepts, campaign, and strategy are aligned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Store Manager, Store Supervisor or Senior sales operations.
- Have a solid background in sales & operations from retail industry
- Have proven leadership abilities and positive attitude
- Good communication skill in English
- Work location in BKK area
