Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead and manage the store team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage inventory, stock receipts, and merchandise display on shelves
- Ensure excellent customer service and professionally resolve customer inquiries or complaints
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to attract customers and promote sales
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency
- Ensure the store adheres strictly to company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Higher Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of retail store management experience, specifically in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, or multi-brand retail
- Strong leadership and excellent team management skills
- Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work retail hours within a department store setting
- Basic understanding of sales data analysis and reporting
- Previous experience working at Centralworld is a plus.
