Tenant Partnership Management: Maintain strong relationships with tenants by coordinating operations, listening to feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction to build long-term business partnerships.

Fit-out & Store Opening Coordination: Oversee and coordinate between tenants and internal teams (such as Property/Facilities and Marketing) throughout the design, renovation, and store opening processes to ensure timely completion and compliance with mall standards.

Operational Support & Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve urgent operational issues related to tenants professionally, including utility systems, security, cleanliness, or disputes between tenants.

Compliance & Lease Management: Ensure tenants strictly comply with lease agreements and Mall Rules and Regulations, while keeping tenant documentation and profiles up to date.

Billing & Financial Coordination: Coordinate with the accounting and finance department to follow up on rental payments, service charges, and other expenses according to the billing cycle.

Feedback & Reporting: Conduct regular tenant satisfaction surveys and prepare summary reports on operational issues, business trends, and recommendations to improve mall services.
