Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic business partner to management and department heads on human resources, organizational development, and people strategies.
- Talent & Performance Management: Drive end-to-end talent management initiatives, including performance appraisal cycles, career progression, and talent retention strategies.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture and design initiatives that enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee local compensation and benefit structures to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with company budgets.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to forecast staffing needs, optimize headcount structures, and plan organizational growth effectively.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role.
-Experience in real estate, property management, retail, or shopping mall operations is a strong plus.
-Flexibility to work across Central Suratthani and Central Samui.
