Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage microbiological testing for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, and manufacturing environments.
- Oversee microbiological quality control activities and ensure testing is performed effectively and according to established requirements.
- Manage laboratory manpower, budget, testing costs, and operational KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate laboratory performance and team competency.
- Improve microbiological testing methods, laboratory equipment, and related technologies.
- Develop the knowledge and technical capabilities of laboratory team members.
- Oversee environmental microbiological monitoring, including production areas, equipment, and water quality.
- Support preservative efficacy testing and microbiological testing of cosmetic products.
- Coordinate with QA, R&D, Production, Planning, Purchasing, and other relevant functions.
