Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Development (HRD)
• Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead competency management, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Design and manage training roadmaps, annual training plans, and career development initiatives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage performance management development programs and support organizational capability enhancement.
• Develop and monitor HRD KPIs, training budgets, and development effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and customer requirements related to training and employee development.
Sustainability & ESG
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's sustainability strategy, policies, and initiatives.
• Lead sustainability projects covering Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting and support ESG assessments, audits, and customer requirements.
• Manage sustainability programs including CSR, employee volunteer activities, community engagement, and social responsibility initiatives.
• Promote sustainability awareness and develop sustainability-related training programs across the organization.
• Support the implementation of international sustainability frameworks and standards such as ESG, SDGs, GRI, EcoVadis, SBTi, Carbon Footprint, Human Rights Due Diligence (HREDD), and Climate Change initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into business processes and organizational culture.
• Monitor sustainability KPIs and prepare management reports for leadership review.
• Support customer audits, sustainability assessments, and external stakeholder requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related functions.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in Sustainability, ESG, CSR, Human Rights, or Corporate Sustainability programs is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ESG, SDGs, GRI, EcoVadis, Human Rights Due Diligence (HREDD), Sustainability Reporting, and related standards.
• Strong project management, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive organizational change.
• Good command of English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, cosmetics, food, or related industries is preferred.
