Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและร่างสัญญา ข้อตกลง และเอกสารทางกฎหมายต่างประเทศ
- ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนด้านกฎหมายแก่หน่วยงานภายในองค์กรเกี่ยวกับประเด็นทางธุรกิจ
- ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของกฎหมายและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับทนายความภายนอกหรือหน่วยงานราชการในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาททางกฎหมาย
- จัดทำและจัดเก็บเอกสารทางกฎหมายของบริษัทให้เป็นระเบียบและเข้าถึงได้ง่าย
- เข้าร่วมการเจรจาต่อรองและให้ข้อเสนอแนะด้านกฎหมายในการทำธุรกรรมต่างๆ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขานิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมาย 3-5 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์โดยตรงด้านกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศหรือการร่างสัญญาต่างประเทศ
- มีความเข้าใจในกฎหมายธุรกิจ กฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ และกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะการร่างและวิเคราะห์เอกสารทางกฎหมายได้อย่างละเอียดรอบคอบ
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการพูดและการเขียนในระดับดี
- ทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีใบอนุญาตทนายความ (ถ้ามี) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
