• Collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to align human resources strategies with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Advise on HR policies, manage employee relations matters, and support performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws throughout HR processes.
• Participate in implementing HR initiatives, supporting change management, and coordinating training and development activities.
• Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Support the HRBP Manager in executing HR strategies with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hiring.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent positions, including manpower requisition validation, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements, define job descriptions, and develop competency-based candidate profiles.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and selection processes to ensure a positive candidate experience and effective hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness, providing regular reports and recommendations to the HRBP Manager.
• Support workforce planning activities by tracking headcount movements and forecasting hiring needs.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
• Provide guidance to line managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
• Support the implementation of talent management initiatives such as succession planning and talent reviews from a recruitment perspective.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify skill gaps in newly hired employees and ensure development alignment.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries and support line managers in handling employee-related matters when assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and labor regulations throughout recruitment and HR processes. Experience in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry is a strong plus.

• Working : 5 Day (08.00-17.00)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and HR policies, with demonstrated experience applying HR frameworks to business needs.
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, manager coaching, and engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with practical experience ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks.
• Experience with Performance Management, including goal-setting, feedback processes, and development planning.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Thai, written and verbal.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or related industries is a plus.
