Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor part quality performance and quality-related information with overseas suppliers.
- Prepare, analyze, and present Part Quality Control reports and key quality issues to management.
- Investigate production and customer quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct supplier quality assurance visits to verify corrective actions, preventive measures, and overall quality performance.
- Review and validate supplier inspection data and quality reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality requirements.
- Perform sampling inspections of critical parts to verify conformity with specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive continuous quality improvement and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Recent/New graduates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge in manufacturing processes and a vehicle part drawing is required.
- Proficiency in using MS Office or related engineering software
- Intermediate level in English skills
- Experience using basic measuring tools is preferred
- Passed or exempted from a military conscription
