Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบสภาพและความพร้อมใช้งานของอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า ก่อนและหลังการปฏิบัติงานให้พร้อมใช้งานและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย พร้อมบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบ
- ซ่อมบำรุงและดูแลความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า เช่น มอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า ตู้ควบคุมไฟฟ้า ตัวนำไฟฟ้า (Busbar) อุปกรณ์ป้องกันระบบไฟฟ้า (Protection System)
- ดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) สำหรับเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ภายในโรงงาน
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาขัดข้องของเครื่องจักร รวมถึงดำเนินการซ่อมแซม เปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วน และปรับตั้งอุปกรณ์ให้สามารถกลับมาทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำกับดูแลและตรวจสอบ กรณีจ้างบุคคลภายนอกมาซ่อมบำรุงและปฏิบัติงานตามนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัย คุณภาพ สิ่งแวดล้อม และข้อกำหนดของโรงงานอย่างเคร่งครัด
- จัดทำรายงานการซ่อมบำรุงและประวัติการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาไฟฟ้ากำลัง ไฟฟ้าอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงระบบไฟฟ้าในโรงไฟฟ้าหรือโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้า มอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า ตู้ควบคุม และระบบควบคุมในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานบนที่สูงและในพื้นที่อับอากาศ (Confined Space) ได้ โดยปฏิบัติตามระบบอนุญาตทำงาน (Permit to Work) และข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงไฟฟ้าหรือโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งอาจมีฝุ่นละออง เสียงดัง ความร้อน และสารเคมี ได้ตามมาตรการความปลอดภัย
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่หรือในต่างจังหวัดได้ (อยุธยา, สระบุรี, ชลบุรี, หรือ ปราจีนบุรี)
