Responsibilities
Construction & Commissioning Phase
- Support site SHE activities to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project HSE standards.
- Conduct SHE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness activities for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitor compliance with PPE requirements, work permits, and plant safety rules.
- Conduct routine SHE inspections and follow up on unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and corrective actions.
- Assist in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and incident reporting.
- Monitor environmental controls, including dust, noise, waste management, spill prevention, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with contractors and site personnel to ensure compliance with SHE and environmental requirements.
Operation & Maintenance Phase
- Conduct routine SHE inspections and monitor compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Inspect emergency equipment and support emergency response drills.
- Monitor environmental performance, including wastewater, air emissions, ambient air quality, noise, and other environmental parameters in accordance with legal requirements.
- Monitor compliance with environmental permits, EIA commitments, industrial waste management, and applicable environmental regulations.
- Prepare environmental monitoring records and reports required by regulatory authorities.
- Conduct SHE and environmental training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Support ISO management systems, internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, customer visits, and related documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SHE, environmental management, or HSE within industrial plants, waste management, manufacturing, or construction projects.
- Good knowledge of Thai safety laws, environmental regulations, industrial waste management, and EIA requirements.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ESMS, and other relevant management systems.
- Experience supporting both construction and operation phases will be an advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to site incidents and emergency situations.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English
