Responsibilities
- Support production planning activities to ensure production schedules are aligned with customer demand and available resources
- Analyze basic production, sales, and operational data to support planning and reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing, QA, Production, and Warehouse
- Monitor production progress and assist in comparing actual results versus plan
- Prepare reports and simple dashboards using Excel or BI tools to track performance
- Support problem-solving activities related to planning, scheduling, and workflow issues
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning efficiency and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (New graduates are welcome)
- 0–2 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or related roles
- Strong interest in data analysis and working with numbers and reports
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across departments
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
- Able to handle urgent tasks and adapt to changes effectively
- Willingness to learn, open-minded, and able to work well in a team environment
- Work location: Bangkok and Chachoengsao (depending on assignment / to be discussed)
