Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools and systems in manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and improve workflows
- Assist in SAP system usage and provide support for day-to-day operations
- Prepare reports and perform basic data analysis using Excel or other tools
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency through automation
- Support user training and help drive adoption of new systems and processes
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and provide user support
- Track and monitor adoption metrics and performance (KPIs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Internship or project experience in Digital, Data, ERP, or Manufacturing is a plus
Technical Skills:
- SAP (Basic to Intermediate): Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate): Able to use formulas, pivot tables, and basic reporting
- Basic Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze data
- Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, or system integration is a plus
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath)
- Interest in Automation, Digital Transformation, or Smart Manufacturing
