Responsibilities
- Control and monitor the cable manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.
- Improve and optimize production processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.
- Design and develop production tools, equipment, and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in production process control within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in supervising and leading production personnel.
- Experience in analyzing, improving, and optimizing production processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, with the capability to design engineering parts or components.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
