Responsibilities
- Plan and control production processes to align with the overall production plan.
- Analyze and resolve issues impacting production processes.
- Coordinate effectively with the Planning, Quality, and Maintenance Departments.
- Monitor and address product quality issues, conducting root cause analysis.
- Track and follow up on issues identified during the production process.
- Prepare and implement preventive and corrective action measures for production issues.
- Monitor and coordinate machine-related issues affecting production.
- Follow up on machine improvement initiatives.
- Develop new equipment or working methods to enhance production efficiency.
- Provide consultation and guidance to production supervisors and employees.
- Develop and enhance the skills of production employees.
- Control production operations to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Support Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities.
- Monitor and follow up on 5S activities within the production area.
- Ensure employees adhere to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in production control within the industrial sector.
- Experience in analysis, process improvement, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and QCC. Basic knowledge of QC 7 Tools is a plus.
- Strong management, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve immediate problems.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new things.
