In this IT Officer role, you will play a crucial part in supporting SAP systems for factory users, with a primary focus on Modules PP, PM, and QM. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving usage issues, particularly within the PP module, to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining system configurations and preparing Functional Specification documents, working closely with the ABAP team for any necessary development work. Furthermore, you will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide essential training to users on the modules you oversee. This position requires active coordination with various stakeholders, including users, SAP consultants, vendors, and other related teams, as well as supporting the integration of SAP with other systems.
