Responsibilities
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell the company’s Software Solutions and Hardware Solutions to enterprise and corporate customers (B2B).
- Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and pain points, and propose appropriate end-to-end solutions.
- Provide basic technical consultation on solutions, including:
- Software platforms, applications, and system integration
- Hardware, IT infrastructure, IoT, security, or related devices
- Prepare sales documents such as quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Engineering, Project, and Support) to ensure smooth sales processes and successful project delivery.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle: pre-sales, sales, and post-sales.
- Maintain and manage sales pipeline, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies, solutions, and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on sales progress and customer status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in selling solution / project.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers (engineering background is not required).
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience in project-based or enterprise (B2B) sales is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Understanding of IT systems, software applications, hardware, or solution-based sales.
