Responsibilities
• Planning, install, and implementation for project.
• Maintain, support, and troubleshooting customers’ system.
• Preventive maintenance, and perform necessary plan for migrate system and upgrade system.
• Prepare required reports such as Installation/configurations/maintenance report, and etc.
• Build pilot API for key vendors' product for client.
• Build script for deploy network hardware.
• Support day-to-day operation issues.
• If required, be able to work at night.
• On site resolve problem for Customer.
• On site working for Customer in province.
• On site working Standby for Customer in province.
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication or related fields.
• 0-5 years of experience in System Integrator company or related role.
• Have good background knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wire and Wireless technology.
• Service minded with excellent communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn with multi-tasking skills
• Have experience in product such as Cisco, HPE Aruba, Fortinet, Dell products and SolarWinds.
• Some experience with programming language such as Python, Java, HTML, or any other programming languages and also knowledge in Database like MySQL, Oracle or MS SQL is a plus.
• Good English communication. If you have reasonable TOEIC score is an advantage.
