Responsibilities
เรากำลังมองหาเจ้าหน้าที่ Telesales ที่มีความทุ่มเทเพื่อเข้าร่วมทีม Classifieds ของ one2car ซึ่งเป็นตลาดซื้อขายยานยนต์ออนไลน์ชั้นนำของไทยและเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์หลักของ iCar Asia (Thailand) Ltd. ในบทบาทนี้ คุณจะรับผิดชอบในการติดต่อลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพ นำเสนอบริการของ one2car ทางโทรศัพท์ และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่แข็งแกร่งกับลูกค้า งานของคุณจะเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการประสบความสำเร็จของเรา ช่วยให้บริการของเราเข้าถึงลูกค้าได้มากขึ้น และรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพสูงสุดในการติดต่อสื่อสาร ในฐานะสมาชิกที่สำคัญของทีม คุณจะช่วยจัดการความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและทำให้มั่นใจว่าความพยายามในการขายทางโทรศัพท์ของเราสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้าและเป้าหมายของบริษัท
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- เสนอขายสินค้าและบริการของ one2car ให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายทางโทรศัพท์
- ทำยอดขายให้ถึงเป้าหมายที่วางไว้และมีการติดตามผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์, ความไว้วางใจ, ความเชื่อมั่นกับลูกค้า
- ติดต่อลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพ เพื่อนำเสนอบริการของ one2car
- จัดการและดูแลการขายทางโทรศัพท์ ให้มั่นใจว่าตรงตามกำหนดเวลา เป้าหมาย และคุณภาพที่คาดหวัง
- ให้การอัปเดตเป็นประจำแก่ลูกค้า ติดตามความคืบหน้า และแก้ไขปัญหาหรือคำถามใดๆ
- บันทึกข้อมูลการดำเนินกิจกรรมและผลลัพธ์ของการขายอย่างละเอียดในระบบ
- ร่วมมือกับทีมงานอื่นๆ เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การขายที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานขายทางโทรศัพท์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม สามารถดึงดูดและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์
- มีความอดทน มุ่งมั่นเพื่อประสบความสำเร็จ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- ใส่ใจรายละเอียด มีความเป็นระเบียบและความสามารถในการทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกัน
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Google Workspace และ Microsoft Office Suite
- มีทัศนคติที่มุ่งเน้นลูกค้า พร้อมด้วยความมุ่งมั่นในการส่งมอบผลลัพธ์ที่มีคุณภาพสูง
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีความสนใจในยานยนต์หรืออุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์มาก่อน เราเปิดรับผู้สมัครทุกท่านที่มีความสามารถในการขาย
- มีความสนใจในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
