Responsibilities
- ประสานงานการจัดตารางงานตรวจสภาพรถประจำวันกับทีมตรวจสภาพและทีมงานภายใน
- ตรวจสอบและยืนยันรายละเอียดนัดหมายให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- สนับสนุนทีมภาคสนามด้วยเอกสาร อุปกรณ์ หรือข้อมูลอัปเดตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานตรวจสภาพ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขาย ช่างภาพ และดีลเลอร์ เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลในการลงประกาศ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลประกาศก่อนลงบนแพลตฟอร์ม
- ลงประกาศรถยนต์บนแพลตฟอร์ม one2car ให้ทันเวลาและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของระบบ
- ปรับปรุง/อัปเดตข้อมูลประกาศเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง (เช่น ราคา รายละเอียด หรือรูปภาพ)
- ติดตามงานที่ยังไม่สมบูรณ์หรือค้างอยู่เพื่อให้ดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จ
- สื่อสารกับทีมต่าง ๆ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็วและเชิงรุก
- ช่วยจัดทำรายงานด้านการปฏิบัติงานหรือผลการลงประกาศตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ การสื่อสาร หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านธุรการ การประสานงาน หรือสนับสนุนงานปฏิบัติการ 1–2 ปี
- มีทักษะในการจัดการงานและทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ดี พร้อมความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถประสานงานกับหลายฝ่ายได้อย่างราบรื่น
- ใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ Outlook
- สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว และจัดการกับเดดไลน์หลายงานได้
- มีใจรักงานบริการ แก้ปัญหาเชิงรุก และสามารถปรับตัวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ดี
- หากมีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการลงประกาศรถยนต์หรือคอนเทนต์ดิจิทัล จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
