Responsibilities
1. การจัดการเอกสารการขาย: จัดทำใบเสนอราคา (Quotation) ตามรายละเอียดที่ได้รับจากฝ่ายขาย ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของราคาและเงื่อนไขก่อนส่งถึงมือลูกค้า
2. การสนับสนุนทีมขาย: รับเรื่องและข้อมูลงานต่างๆ จากพนักงานขาย (Sales) เพื่อนำมาประมวลผล จัดลำดับความสำคัญ และดำเนินการต่อในระบบ
3. การจัดทำรายงาน
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขายและกิจกรรมการขาย "รายวัน" (Daily Report)
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อทำรายงานสรุป "รายเดือน" (Monthly Report)
4. การประสานงาน
- ติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายขายกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องต่างๆ เพื่อให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วงตามกำหนด
5. การจัดการข้อมูล
- อัปเดตข้อมูลลูกค้าและสถานะการขายลงในระบบ Google Sheets ให้เป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ
6. งานอื่นๆ
- ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน เพื่อสนับสนุนให้ทีมบรรลุเป้าหมาย
Qualifications
1. ปริญญาตรี ในทุกสาขา
2. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในด้านสายธุรการ
3. ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และอินเตอร์เน็ตได้คล่องแคล่ว
4. ต้องสามารถใช้งาน Google Sheets ได้ดี (สามารถใช้สูตรพื้นฐาน, จัดรูปแบบตาราง และบริหารจัดการไฟล์ร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้)
5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง มุ่งเน้นความถูกต้องของตัวเลขและข้อมูล
6. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดีเยี่ยม (ไหวพริบในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า)
7. สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้ดี (Multi-tasking)
8. มีความกระตือรือร้น พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
