Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in alignment with customer demand and production capacity
- Analyze and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure sufficient raw material availability
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and sales departments for effective planning execution
- Develop and optimize production planning processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and evaluate production plan performance, addressing any potential issues proactively
- Prepare reports and present production planning data to senior management
- Lead and develop the capabilities of the planning team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in production planning within a relevant industry
- Deep understanding of MRP/ERP systems and supply chain management principles
- Strong data analysis and proactive problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience with AX365 or Oracle systems is a plus.
