Production Supervisor - บริษัท นิปโป เม็คคาทรอนิกส์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

1. Injection Process Improvement  : Optimize plastic injection parameters, including injection speed, pressure, holding pressure, recovery speed, back pressure, and cycle time.
2. Defect Reduction : Analyze and resolve issues such as short shots, flash, burn marks, sink marks, warpage, cracks, and other quality defects using root cause analysis.
3. Machine and Mold Improvement : Analyze and address issues related to injection molding machines, molds (including runners and sprue bushes), cooling systems, and resin drying systems to enhance process stability.
4. Productivity and Cost Reduction : Implement Kaizen projects to reduce waste, shorten cycle times, minimize material usage, and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), while tracking cost savings.
5. Team Management : Supervise and develop a team of engineers or technicians, plan improvement initiatives, and coordinate with the Production, QA, Maintenance, and Mold Engineering departments.

1.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
2.1-5 Year experience in plastic injection molding, process engineering, or manufacturing improvement, supervisory experience preferred.
3.Strong knowledge of injection molding parameters, mold structure, runner / sprue bush, cooling systems and plastic materials.
4.Skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, 8d, Kaizen and corrective / preventive actions
5.Able to reduce defects, cycle time, material waste, and manufacturing costs improve productivity and process stability.
6.Knowledge of PFMEA, Control plan , ISO9001 / IATF16949 and customer quality requirements in and advantage.
7.Good Leadership, communication, teamwork, and coordination with production, QA, Maintenance, and Mold Engineering.
