Responsibilities
1) Prepare engineering designs, calculations, technical drawings, and project-related documentation.
2) Coordinate with internal departments on design requirements, project data, and implementation schedules.
3) Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to support project execution and construction activities.
4) Monitor and control project progress, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and company standards.
5) Support machine installation, maintenance activities, and process improvement initiatives. 6) Assist Section and Department Managers in project planning, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in factory design, process design, project engineering, project management, or related fields, preferably in the Food Industry or related manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for buildings and factories
- Experience in project planning, installation, maintenance, and process improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and contractor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain project documentation effectively.
- Able to work overtime and on holidays when required.
