Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth through cinema advertising solutions, including on-screen advertising, lobby media, in-theatre activations, and sponsorship opportunities.
Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities to maximize revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media agencies, and strategic partners.
Lead the development and presentation of integrated advertising solutions aligned with clients’ marketing objectives.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage key accounts to ensure long-term business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, business performance reports, and revenue projections for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any related field.
At least 5 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development.
Experience in OOH, cinema media, digital media, or advertising agency business is preferred.
Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
