• Manage and monitor the organization's Performance Management System (PMS) process, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain the Talent Pool, oversee the Talent Management and Succession Planning processes, and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for Talent and Successor employees.
• Support Leadership Development and Career Development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.
• Provide guidance on KPI development and review KPI quality to ensure they are measurable, relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Provide consultation and support to business units on Performance Management and Talent Management processes.
• Prepare management reports and analyze performance and talent data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources Organization Development (HROD), Human Resource Development (HRD), or HR Analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Performance Management and KPI management.
• Experience in Talent Management and Succession Planning.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing management reports and interpreting HR data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    The Company commenced bowling and karaoke business in 1997 at Sukhumvit with 20 bowling lanes, emphasizing on diversity of services to become complete entertainment complex under the name of “Major Bowl Hit”, provide bowling services in a nature of sports entertainment, which were different from typical form of bowling which emphasized on sports. Major Bowl has a format of blending cosmic bowl with boutique bowl, together with karaoke services to add more options for service users.
