Responsibilities
- Cheque and company expenditures preparation Income tax, VAT and other relevant tax submission
- Data collection and Financial Reports preparation
- Accounting journals, ledgers and other records (e.g., disbursements, expense, receipts, accounts payable)
- Data input using defined computer programs
- Preparation for Annual Financial Audit
- จัดทำเช็คจ่าย รายจ่ายต่าง ๆ
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานการเงินที่จำเป็นต่าง ๆ เสนอต่อฝ่ายบริหาร
- ลงบันทึกรายการบัญชีต่าง ๆ ในโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่จำเป็นเพื่อการตรวจสอบบัญชีประจำปี
Qualifications
- Certificate of Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- At least 0-1 year experience in accounting works
- Good commands of English, both written and spoken
- Competency in preparing Financial Reports
- Competency in Express Accounting Software, Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook
- วุฒิการศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 0-1 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งาน คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชี
- มีความสามารถในการอ่าน เขียน และจัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน
