Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and operate various cybersecurity measures to strengthen security across IT and OT environments at local sites.
- Detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents.
- Execute vulnerability assessments and promote remediation measures.
- Evaluate security risks and develop countermeasures in IT-OT integrated environments.
- Formulate internal security policies and procedures, including training and awareness activities.
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
- Integrate security solutions with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle), MES, and SCADA.
- Analyze security logs and prepare comprehensive reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security, network security, or system administration.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools.
- Strong knowledge of network security (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent), Windows Server security, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 security.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls) and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and incident response skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP (SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, or IT-OT security integration is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security are a plus.
