Responsibilities
- Monitor and solve problems occurring on the production line.
- Follow up on production issues and coordinate with related departments to identify solutions.
- Analyze the root causes of problems and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Operators and Technicians.
- Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
- Support process improvement activities to reduce production problems and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support for production equipment and processes.
- Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S, and cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience
- Strong ability to supervise and control production operations, manpower, machines, and resources within the assigned shift to achieve production targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to assign work, motivate, coach, and develop Operators and Technicians to improve team performance.
- Solving and Decision-Making Skills – Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve production, machine, quality, and process problems effectively and in a timely manner.
- Good knowledge and understanding of machining and production processes, including production flow, process control, and work standards.
- Good knowledge of CNC Lathe operations, including CITIZEN, TSUGAMI, and other related CNC machines.
- Knowledge and understanding of quality system requirements, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and the ability to apply relevant requirements in production operations.
- Ability to monitor product quality, identify abnormalities, follow up on corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of quality problems.
- Good communication and coordination skills with Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, Logistics, and other related departments.
- Ability to manage shift operations, monitor production status, handle abnormalities, and ensure effective handover between shifts.
- Knowledge of Kaizen, Productivity Improvement, Loss Reduction, and basic problem-solving techniques to improve production efficiency.
- Ability to prepare production reports, analyze production data, monitor downtime, and report problems and improvement activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for production reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
- Good understanding of workplace safety requirements and ability to ensure employees comply with safety rules and procedures.
