Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and evaluations of SMT/PCBA manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards
- Analyze and identify root causes of quality issues encountered in the production line
- Coordinate with the production department to propose and implement process improvements
- Prepare quality inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions
- Ensure manufactured products meet specified requirements and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering, quality control, or electronics manufacturing processes
- Understanding of SMT/PCBA manufacturing processes and relevant quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use electrical measurement and testing tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in quality auditing within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
