Qualifications
2.Minimum 1-3 years of IT/ITS/IT Support. experience.
3.Newly graduated candidates with relevant IT knowledge and skills are welcome to apply.
4.Experience in manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
5.Experience in IT Infrastructure/Network/ERP Support will be considered an advantage.
Technical Knowledge & Skills;
-Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
-Basic knowledge of networking such as TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
-Basic knowledge of Windows/Microsoft 365/Active Directory will be considered an advantage.
-Knowledge of IT Security/Cybersecurity.
-Experience in ERP/Business Application will be considered an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Ability to analyze and resolve basic IT problems.
