Responsibilities
- Monitor และวิเคราะห์ Security Alert / Incident จากระบบ SIEM
- Investigate Incident, วิเคราะห์ Root Cause และเสนอแนวทาง Remediation / Prevention
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุง SIEM Detection Rule, Correlation Rule และ Use Case ตาม Threat Intelligence, CVE และความต้องการของลูกค้า
- Monitor และดูแล Health, Performance และ Availability ของระบบ SIEM ให้พร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- วิเคราะห์ Log และพัฒนาแนวทาง Detection สำหรับ Cyber Threat รูปแบบต่าง ๆ
- จัดทำ Weekly / Monthly Security Report พร้อมสรุป Incident Trend และ Security Posture
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าในการแก้ไขปัญหาและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับระบบ Security
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Security Operations และ Infrastructure เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้าน Cybersecurity
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีด้าน Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน SOC Operations / Cyber Security Operations อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SIEM, Log Management, Network Security, Windows และ Linux
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ Log และมีความเข้าใจ Cyberattack Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs)
- มีพื้นฐานด้าน Incident Investigation, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management และ Threat Intelligence
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Network Protocol, Firewall และ Endpoint Security
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหา และประสานงานกับลูกค้าได้ดี
- สามารถอธิบายเรื่อง Technical ให้ผู้ที่ไม่ใช่สาย Technical เข้าใจได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน On-site ณ สถานที่ลูกค้า
- หากมี Certification เช่น Security+, CEH, CySA+, GCIH หรือ SIEM Vendor Certification จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
