Responsibilities
- วางแผนและบริหารโครงการด้าน Cybersecurity / IT Solutions ตั้งแต่ Kick-off จนถึง Project Closure
- กำหนด Project Plan, Timeline, Milestone และ Resource Plan
- ควบคุม Scope, Cost, Timeline, Quality และ Deliverables ของโครงการ
- ติดตาม Progress และบริหาร Issue, Risk และ Dependency ของโครงการ
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้า Technical Team, Sales, Presales, Vendor และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดประชุม Project Meeting และติดตาม Action Item ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- บริหาร Change Request และควบคุมผลกระทบต่อ Scope / Timeline / Cost
- ติดตามการส่งมอบ Hardware, Software, License และ Service ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการ
- จัดทำ Project Status Report และรายงานความคืบหน้าต่อ Management และลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบเอกสาร Project เช่น Project Plan, MOM, Acceptance, Handover และ Closure Document
- ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและบริหารความคาดหวังตลอดระยะเวลาโครงการ
- สนับสนุนทีมในการแก้ไขปัญหาและผลักดันโครงการให้สามารถส่งมอบได้ตามเป้าหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีด้าน IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารโครงการด้าน IT / System Integration / Cybersecurity
- เข้าใจกระบวนการ Project Management ตั้งแต่ Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring จนถึง Closure
- มีความสามารถในการบริหาร Scope, Timeline, Cost, Risk และ Resource
- สามารถประสานงานกับทีม Technical และเข้าใจ Technical Concept ในระดับที่ใช้บริหารโครงการได้
- มีทักษะ Communication, Negotiation และ Stakeholder Management ที่ดี
- สามารถบริหารหลายโครงการหรือหลายงานพร้อมกันได้
- มีทักษะในการจัดทำ Report และ Presentation
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในบริษัท System Integrator หรือ Cybersecurity จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมี Certification เช่น PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum หรือ Certification ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
