Job Purpose:

To support the SCM function by managing, enhancing, and continuously improving software applications and business systems that support SCM operations. The role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying system improvement opportunities, designing reports and data solutions, resolving functional system issues, and coordinating with the Core IT/Systems team to develop and maintain reliable, efficient, and user-focused technology solutions that enhance operational performance and business effectiveness.

Job Description:

• Analyze systems to understand business requirements.
• Write queries to extract data for users and support project implementation.
• Train users on required new and existing software.
• Implement new software and support existing software and systems such as RPNS, ERP, etc.
• Work with the team to implement projects.
• Revise and modify current systems to suit user needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, with software development skills.
• 0-3 years' experience in developing or programming enterprise software and systems (Fresh graduates with skills in enterprise software or ERP development are also welcome).
