Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct fire evacuation and firefighting training and drills.
- Inspect fire alarm systems and extinguishers regularly to ensure operational readiness.
- Train employees on chemical handling, freight elevator usage, personal protective equipment (PPE), safe forklift operation, first aid, and other relevant safety topics.
- Maintain records of chemical safety and usage.
- Report accident statistics and hazardous chemical information to the Ministry of Interior.
- Investigate accidents, compile statistics, and prepare accident reports.
- Propose budgets for improvements in high-risk areas.
- Conduct monthly Safety Committee meetings to analyze accident causes and identify preventive measures.
- Procure and manage the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure adequate supply for employees.
- Conduct annual workplace environment and working condition assessments.
- Source industrial waste disposal providers and verify compliance of disposal documentation with legal requirements.
- Manage the distribution of medicines to employees.
- Oversee Dichloromethane filling activities outside the Production Department.
- Arrange medical providers and select venues for annual health examinations.
- Coordinate activities on annual health examination days and prepare the annual health examination report.
- Support environmental management and ISO 14001 activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in safety management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing plant is a plus.
- Experience or knowledge of environmental management and ISO 14001 is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus.

About Wellness We Care Centre by Mega We Care
The Wellness We Care Center, located at Amphur Muak Lek, Saraburi, Thailand, was founded by Dr. Sant Chaiyodsilp, a cardiac surgeon, and Mr. Vivek Dhawan. Both the founders strongly believe in the scientifically proven method of preventing and reversing chronic diseases through food and lifestyle changes. This shared belief led them to start this health and wellness center.
The foremost objective of Wellness We Care is to disseminate scientific knowledge and skills to people, which will help them to take charge of their own health. By teaching people about lifestyle changes, the center helps them develop the skills necessary for prevention and reversal of chronic and lifestyle diseases.
Our holistic health center offers guests access to the various wellness center services such as the Pranna Kitchen, where they can learn to cook plant-based whole food meals, and the vegetable garden. The centre is also equipped with a well-stocked library and video room, where visitors can learn and enhance their knowledge about health and holistic living. The organic farm and farm shop at the Muak Lek wellness centre offer fresh, organic farming produce to visitors.
Along with this, the Wellness We Care website acts as an online platform to learn more about taking ownership of your health. It provides relevant reading material on issues related to health. Additionally, it features a health dashboard which helps you monitor the progress of your health online.
