Responsibilities
Role Overview
We’re looking for a smart and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will support strategic planning, business development, and product research—working directly with founders, clinicians, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze healthcare trends and consumer behavior to generate Market & Consumer Insights
- Prepare Business Cases, Financial Models, and Feasibility Studies for new business initiatives
- Analyze user, product, and business data to identify strategic insights and opportunities
- Support the development of new business ventures and new product initiatives
- Prepare presentations, Pitch Decks, and executive reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Technology, and Operations
- Support strategic planning and business decision-making processes
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the HealthTech ecosystem
Qualifications
Who You Are
- Aged 24–30 years (all genders welcome)
- 1–2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Technology, or Startup environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Health, or a related field
- Strong Thai and English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong business mindset.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered thinking
- Demonstrates a strong business mindset with strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Able to work in a Flexible Time
