Infrastructure & DevOps Team Lead - บริษัท ไอเมด ลาบอราทอรี่ จำกัด

• Design, implement, and manage IT Infrastructure across On-Premise and Multi-Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) to ensure system availability meets or exceeds 99.9% Uptime.

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible), Containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevSecOps processes.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Infrastructure & DevOps team, managing workload allocation, technical performance, and team development.

• Collaborate closely with Software Development, QA, and Security teams to streamline deployment workflows, application delivery, and system monitoring.

• Oversee system monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and disaster recovery (DR) plans to maintain business continuity.

• Manage vendor relations, system licenses, procurement, and infrastructure budget optimization.

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.

  • 5–7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Systems, or DevOps, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

  • Strong expertise in Network Security, Linux/Windows Server Administration, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Storage Systems.

  • Hands-on experience with Containerization and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes RKE2/EKS/AKS) and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins).

  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripting (Python, Go, or Bash).

  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Zabbix).

  • Good command of spoken and written English for technical collaboration.
