Responsibilities
Job Description
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation
• Create and implement pricing strategies, marketing plans, and sales enablement materials
• Partner with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and improve product positioning in the market
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
• Monitor and report on product performance, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making
Qualifications
• Ability to design IT solutions such as Infra as a service, and IT operations platforms with accuracy and scalability in mind.
• Experience in defining solution components including hardware, licenses, and service models (e.g. Managed Services, Monitoring)
• Knowledge in system integration and enterprise IT architecture, with understanding of user experience and business processes.
• Flexible and innovative mindset, with a strong interest in exploring practical use of new technologies
• Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to business users and stakeholders in a clear and engaging way
• Good command in English
• Good presentation skill.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skills

Experience
• Tech/Solution, IT, Software, Solution, Strategy, Digital Transformation, SaaS, Cloud
• Experience as a Technical System engineer or Solid background in System Infrastructure
• Strong Technical Experience with Window server 2022, WSUS, Reverse Proxy, AD, DNS, VMWare, Hyper-V, Veeam, Storage
• Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco switch, Prisma(Palo Alto Firewall),IPSec, SDWAN Viptela
• Sharp troubleshooting skills
