Senior Hr Officer - บริษัท โตโยต้า ทูโช ซิสเท็มส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Supervise daily recruitment operations and ensure service delivery is aligned with hiring plans

• Develop and implement recruitment strategy aligned with business workforce planning

• Identify, develop, and manage effective sourcing channels (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, campus hiring, networking platforms, and talent communities)

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process

• Work closely with HR-Team Lead and HR Group Lead to understand workforce planning requirements and manpower needs

•Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire

•Drive initiatives to improve candidate experience and employer branding

•Maintain recruitment database, applicant tracking systems, and reporting dashboards

•Continuously improve recruitment efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring cycle timelines

•Ensure recruitment process complies with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements

•Support employee engagement and / or employee activities

•Handle for Outsourcing part

•Handle for all recruitment agreements

•Any tasks that be assigned by superior or/and company.

•Bachelor's Degree or Human Resource Management, Business Computer, Information Technology, Business Adminiatration or related fields.

•Had experience in Human Resource work role such as recruitment activities, candidate interview etc.

•Had experience working with job hunter companies, agencies, universities internship outline

•Had experience working in Japanese or international company is very welcome (optional)

•Had experience searching for candidates with executive, professional and technical expertise is preferred

•Had experience recruiting for positions in IT industry preferred

•Had experience in a full life cycle of international recruitment structure

•Have experience in HRM.

•Have experience on data analysis and data management.

•Have experience on HR planning and strategy.

•Have a good knowledge of Labor law
