Responsibilities
Coordinate with international clients to provide quotations and sales conditions, and follow up on purchase orders.
Collaborate with the team to provide product consultation and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the New Model team to co-develop products according to customer requirements.
Manage and monitor claim documentation, coordinate shipment arrangements, and follow up on customer issue resolutions.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Business English, Marketing, or related fields.
-Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in international sales and customer management at a supervisory level.
-Proven experience in handling both existing and new overseas customers.
-Strong background in leading and supervising international sales teams.
-Good command of English, both written and spoken.
-Experience in product development in collaboration with factory teams is a plus.
-High adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
-Work location: Lenso Wheel Co., Ltd. – Head Office, Wellgrow Industrial Estate (Bangna-Trad KM.36)
- Flexible working hours: 44 hours/week.
